I linked my credit card but not add a bank account(cant figure out how to add one as i dont have a routing number). This is what usually triggers it for me : -Go through the steps of ordering online -Cancel it at any point -Try to make a order again -Suddenly the website gives you a message something like "We're sorry, we are unable to process your transaction using PayPal at this time. Please feel free to complete your order using one of our other payment options. Because you attempted to place an order, you may receive a communication from PayPal acknowledging your request. You will not be charged for this transaction." ??? NO PROFIT!!! So lame...and paypal doesnt answer emails....

I bought an item from a site, paid using paypal credit card. But there was a mistake so i cancelled the order and attempted to make the correct order, only to be told that this time im not allowed to use my credit card via paypal. What the heck...? Also, any idea how long it will take me to get refunded and whether there are any fees?

Why is paypal asking me for this routing number when trying to add a bank accoutn to my US paypal account? It says i can find this on the back of a check? I don't have a check in the first place....
