PayPal can't do a simple thing as sending funds to a bank in another currency???

Pay-Pal is BIG....Really Big....they handled 71 BILLION U.S. Dollars in sales in 2009 of which they get roughly 2% (you do the math!!! ). That being said they can't do a very simple thing thanks to a minor programming error.
I live in Canada yet have a Canadian bank account that is in U.S. funds to handle all of my U.S. Business. When trying to add this account to Pay-Pal I got an error. Seems that when Pay-Pal does the conformation process they send two small amounts of money to your bank (yes we all know this) ...BUT !!! the amount sent is automatically sent in the currency of the country in which the Bank exists. In my case Canada. This failed because my account is U.S. funds. The end result...it can't be done (This I confirmed with the Pay-Pal supervisor). They need to add ONE SIMPLE OPTION to their software such that the confirming process can send the two small deposits in a different currency than that of the host banks LOCATION.
With all the Billions of dollars (Pounds, Yen, Francs, etc etc) that fly around the globe from bank to bank, country to country, why can't a company as big as Pay-Pal do such a SIMPLE thing? From now on all business I do with the US will be done WITHOUT Pay-Pal. I have no desire to have my U.S. money converted into Canadian funds (Using Pay-Pal's inflated exchange rate), to have it deposited into my Canadian funds, Canadian bank account, only to have it re-exchanged BACK into U.S. funds to put into my U.S. funds, Canadian Bank Account....whewww.
Hopefully enough other people will complain about this oversight, and Pay-Pal will fix this soon. They CLAIM it has been brought up at one of their meetings but if so....why hasn't it been fixed?
