NEED HELP ASAP from a PayPal representative: Cannot add or edit credit card nor use Bill Me Later

Hello.

 

We cannot add or edit a credit card to our account, nor can we use Bill Me Later. When we try to use Bill Me Later, we recieve a general error message (near quote: "Looks like we couldn't complete your transaction using Bill Me Later"), and when we try to add a credit card, we also recieve a general error message, saying (exact quote: "Sorry — your last action could not be completed").

 

When we looked further into the Bill Me Later issue, we had found that it appears that "information is not correct" or that there is "not enough information".

 

PayPal has not yet written us back yet, and we have business to do.
