I'm trying to send $25 to someone for payment of some artwork but the money is on a pre-paid credit card, not in my balance. When I tried to send it paypal said it couldn't send because I didn't have enough money in my balance. Is there a way to send money off a pre-paid credit card or transfer it into my paypal balance?
