I tried to add another credit card to my paypal account. It shows up, but I don't have an option to use it. When I went to "my account" "add or edit credit card" and click on "update" to see how to verify it, I get a "sorry - your last action could not be completed" message. I have an eBay transaction waiting and need to get this resolved asap.
