I have a credit balance in my Paypal account from selling stuff on ebay, but I want to leave this money alone. I just purchased something with Buy-it-Now but Paypal won't let me use my confirmed credit card to pay for the purchase... it's not even listed in the funding options, only Bill Me Later, Draw from Paypal, or epayment from my checking. How do I get access to my ability to pay with credit card other than paypal?
If you have funds in your PayPal account balance, and you wish to pay using your credit card, you would want to withdraw the funds from your PayPal balance first.
Once the funds are withdrawn, you should be able to make the purchase using the card.
