HELP! Cant send money

I cant send money 😞     i put my credit card info and this is what i get:

This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

When PayPal is trying to place the charge on your card, your bank is declining the charge, and that is why you are getting the error message that you received.  Your card issuer should be able to provide more information about why they are declining the transaction.
