FRAUD ALERT

I purchased on walmart.com and used paypal.  Next I have a fraud alert from my amex that  there is a charge to my secondary credit card which I have not used in 6 months.  Just be careful not to have leftover credit cards that your not using.

I also made a purchase using paypal with an old cc as my secondary card and also received a fraud alert from my bank of america regarding charges i did not make.. is there a paypal security leak? i have subsequently cancelled and obtained a new card, but this worries me.

just to clarify.. the card is not set up for charges as it connects directly with my bank acct, which has maintained a positive balance for the duration.

Happened to me yesteday, my card thats linked to my checking account got hacked into.

They charged $1500 - from places like Walmart, Sears.com and some ClearPay something...

The Bank said its been happening alot lately, coincidentally to those who have been using paypal.
