Changing Bank Accounts and Credit Cards..

I am trying to change bank accounts and credit cards on my account.. It keeps telling me "You may not remove your funding source while an authorization is still pending"  There are no pending transactions on my account, I have checked the bank and all transactions have cleared.. ???

yeah...what's that about and how long before it clears?

I want to drop my old bank like a rock and make sure I don't have anything tied to them any longer, but this won't allow me to delete the association to the bank.

I am also trying to change the checking account on my PayPal by removing the Bank so I can reenter.  It keeps telling me "You may not remove your funding source while an authorization is still pending"  There are no pending transactions on my account. What to do???
