Can I add a bank account to an existing Pay Pal account if the bank account is in another persons name--i.e. the other organize who is located overseas. It is for a reunion in Ireland
You name must be associated with the Account, else it won't work. If this was a joint account and the bank has your name listed as one of the account owners, then yes, you could do it.
