Change expired credit card

I have a credit card that is expired and I have tried everyway to put the new number on, but I can't find a way. I just want to change the number and the new expiration number for the Visa Credit card. I have ordered something, but want to use pay pal. HOw do I do it?

My card on file was lost / I have replaced it / all I want to do is update my card info on my Pay Pal Accout !!
