PayPal is nothing but a headache.

So, as of right now, I have $57 and some change stuck in PayPal limbo. I've called the help line (what a joke) and they informed me there was no way they could send me my money without linking a bank account (which I don't have) or a credit card (which I also don't have). I went through the "alternative process" which was them mailing me a letter with a code. I entered the code only to see that it did absolutely nothing. So far, I have been given 3 reasons why my money is stuck. 1) It's being held over a dispute on Ebay. Lie. I haven't sold anything on there in months, and the items I DID sell were met with positive feedback. 2) An item I sold on Ebay hasn't reached the buyer yet. Again, lie. See number 1. 3) They don't send checks to P.O. boxes, thus my home address needs to be verified. (See letter/code explination). I've read several posts of other users having pretty much the same problem. There should really be a class action lawsuit filed over this. Taking someone's money, to the best of my knowledge, is still called theft. Dealing with PayPal and their sorry excuse for customer service representatives is nothing short of a joke.
