Bank Account Issues

Hello,

 

I've tried to add a bank account to my PP account, but get this message:

 

That bank account is already assigned to another PayPal account. For security purposes, each bank account may only be assigned to one PayPal account. Please use a different bank account.

 

This bank account was attached to a PayPal account that was closed nearly 5 years ago now.  Any idea how I can get my bank account to be accepted by the system for my new account?

You need to contact PayPal's Customer Service for assistance
