Bank Account Disabled?

A couple of days ago i tried to link my bank account and i got this email:

To confirm your bank account, we tried to make 2 deposits into your CFCU COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION X- account on Aug. 7, 2011.

The money was returned, however, because your bank does not recognize this bank account number.

To fix this problem: Contact your bank to double-check the account number Log in to PayPal and click Link bank account. Enter your bank account number and follow the instructions.

Now when i try to link it with the correct account number i get this:

This bank account is disabled for entry into the PayPal website. Please add a different bank account instead.

If you would still like to use this bank account, you may fax us a copy of the bank statement with the two amounts PayPal deposited in your bank account shown and a copy of your driver's license or other photo I.D. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet and send the fax to (402) 537-5780.

As the email states i did not recieve the 2 deposits and can no longer link my account.  Is there any way to fix this.  Much appreciation 😃

Please, allow me to log another incident of the same issue as the OP.  

The Characteristics are nearly identical, only the banks are different.

When you give a logical answer to the OP, then please copy me, too.

I have an ACH Block on my account. I need to submit PayPal's ACH Company ID, which PayPal will not give me. I only allow approved vendors to debit/credit my account. I need the ID to get Paypal approve with my bank. My bank also rejected the 2 smal payments that PayPal tried submit.
