Last year, I was supposed to received USD100 from a company/individual in the US. But until now I haven't seen it in my paypal balance. I did contact the person, and he said he did make the transaction to my paypal account. I kept on checking my balance, but still it's not there. So, my question is, is it possible the fund he transferred didn't go through was due to the fact that my paypal account is not a business account? or did Paypal actually hold the money for some kind of clarification? But I think i never received any email to notify me about it. FYI I mainly used my paypal account (which is linked to my Debit Card) to shop online since 2015. I never received money with it. Please help, I just want to be sure whether I'm being scammed or the problem lies with my paypal account.
