Hi!I'm a freelancer! I've recieved a payment from my employer in US. It was sent here in my Paypal account. I don't know what is the sense of them holding the money for 21 days and must qualify the 3 steps first before instantly having it. Please Help. Thanks! I'm not a seller on eBay nor a Buyer.
