Dear PAYPAL, Hi Paypal, i am ready to receive a money from a friend, the amount is USD6200. Because i need use it immediately, may i get the amint with instant available & withdraw? Because i not sure Paypal sometimes is allowed instant available & sometimes not & be held. So how do i know i can get the amount with instantly available & able to whitdraw?
