have tried to withdraw funds from paypal to bank come up with enter your bank info and this comes up
This bank account has already been added to PayPal but was not successfully confirmed. Please contact our Customer Service department for help confirming your bank account. treid contacting customer services not much help there
If you contact us directly we can locate the old account your bank has been registered to. A bank account can only be registered to one PayPal account at a time.
Once removed from the old account you can then add it to this PayPal account.
