Hi how can I get a refund via my paypal account, the seller says he can;t refund because there is a stop on my paypal account and I have to remove this, is this correct, how do I do this.

1. Was the item lost in the post or misdescribed.

2. Have you filed a dispute and if so have you escalated to a claim.

3. If you have started a dispute do not close it as you can't reopen it again.

There should be no reason that the seller can't refund.
