receiving items

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the New Look site. I ordered items on the 20/12/12 and I am still waiting delivery. I ordered again on 17/1/13 and again still nothing. I have rang them over 10 times, each time they assure me my items will be with me in a few days. I was even offered a voucher as compensation for my wait and numerous phone call , but again nothing has come. I would just like to make you aware, as they have now got £70.00 of my money and no items have been delivered.

You have up to 45 days to file a dispute via paypal for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account.

Then wait a few days and if no item or refund escalate the dispute to a claim and don't close it till you get your refund.
