payment from ebay buyer is showing as unclaimed by myself

Hi,

I have recently sold an item on ebay but the payment is not showing up in my paypal account.

I have been sold by the buyer that the payment is showing as unclaimed.

I have also been trying to confirm my paypal account via e mail but paypal has not sent the e mail so i can confirm.

Hi there stebree,

The payment will remain 'Unclaimed' until you confirm the email address.

Check your spam filters/email settings to make sure these email notifications are not being blocked. If you call PayPal customer service they may be able to manually send you an email to confirm this address.
