hi guys

got a small problem with paypal taking £20.32 out my bank acount  never got nothing for £20.32 and after looking in my

paypal acount theres nothing in there at this price any help please t.i.a

This could be part of a payment, when you have a PayPal balance your balance is used first and the remainder taken from your back up funding source.

Go to your history and check back on transactions around this time, click on 'details' next to the payment and it will give you a breakdown of the funding source used.

If you cannot find this payment at all you need to report it.

Here's how to report an unauthorised transaction:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click 'Resolution Centre' near the top of the page.
3. Click 'Dispute a Transaction.'
4. Select 'Unauthorised transaction: I did not authorise a recent transaction.' and click 'Continue.'
5. Follow the steps to report the transaction.
