money left my account but hasnt been recieved and there's no transaction history

I sent money from my paypal to another paypal a few hours ago. The money has left my account and my blance now says zero but it hasn't gone into the other account and there is nothing in my transaction history. This was about 4 hours ago. What's going on? Where is my money? The fact that this isn't showing up in history seems like my money's just dissappeared.

I am in a similar situation. Sold a rather expensive camera to a buyer in Italy and there is a record of a payment being sent on the ebay site but when you click to view the paypal transaction it gives an error message on the paypal site asking me to try again in 30 minutes. 

 

Definitely not an ideal situation when I have a buyer who claims to have paid me, an item that needs to be posted within 24hrs of payment, no payment showing on my account and a language barrier problem when trying to explain the situation to the buyer. 

 

Makes for a lot of unhappy people (and will probably result in cancelled transations from frustrated buyers)

Hi Guys, Just to put my few bucks in (quite a bit more than 2 cents haha),

 

We are the intended recipient of one of these "lost" transactions at the moment. The money has been debited we believe (was a instant bank transfer), but no transaction in history of the senders account, and no notice or transaction (or balance available) on our account at all. The sender sent the payment again and got a screenshot of the "complete" page, but again no notice, transaction or anything to show its been done on either end. 

 

We are in "wait" mode now to see if one or both of the payments eventually complete. If a paypal rep needs to know the senders info, I can provide it. Otherwise will just monitor this thread and be patient 🙂

I am having the same issue and it is now 21:59.

This issue seems to be ongoing all day. 

 

How long until you expect this to be resolved? This is not helping my business.

People are saying they've paid and I have nothing to say they have. 

Unfortunately, I can't send goods out on their say so, as much as I would like to. Smiley Mad

Same thing happened to me.

 

I sent the money via paypal and it is not showing on my activity, nor did I get any confirmation email that I've send it.

Conor hi! I am Babington the Same Problem Right now!!! I made a Payment and my Balance has changed reflecting that payment but it does not show up in the activity log nor has the seller received it... Where has my money gone?? PayPal please help!!!!!!
