how to verify account

When I try to confrm my bank account it says that small funds were referred to my account in March 2009 (it is now march 2011 and I sold something for the first time), but when I check my bank statements that date they have not been received and therefore I cannot verify my bank account. What do i do?

Hi blueberry,

 

If you are unable to locate the two random deposits I would suggest that you remove your bank account and re-add it again. Once we re-added to your account you can complete the direct debit mandate again and request new deposits to be sent to your bank account.
