Well sorry if you think rules are tosh but you did agree to them when you joined up with paypal.
If you don't want to abide by them then by all means close your paypal account.
For the start you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts IF one is personal and the other is premier / business so that could cause problems if you have x2 of the same account.
Secondly >>>
HERES SOME INFO FOR YOU:
How can I get the payments released before 21 days.
1. If your buyer leaves feedback (pos) then funds are normally released within 48 hours of that feedback being left.
2. If you decide to send an item trackable then you can add the tracking number to the details of the paypal transaction and funds are then released when the item shows as delivered + 3 days.
What if I have met the criteria for release and the funds are still held.
The release of payments is not automatic before 21 days, so you need to email or phone paypal via "contact us" bottom of paypal pages with the transaction i.d's of the payments involved. State how you met the criteria for release of funds before 21 days eg feedback or a tracking number.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

paypal makes its own rules up as it goes along and you know it , hence the reason for such a forum like this and the many many threads from unhappy paypal users .
who have no choice but to use paypal .
one rule for one , another for another . if you had bothered to read my post before you spouted off youd have read .
item has been sent , paypal know its been sent , recieved and indeed signed for by the buyer .
the buyer wont leave feedback even though i asked him / her too as paypal was holding my funds , hes being funny about it
also you may not like grockles but stuff this ones here to stay . and i wont be bullied or steamrolled into anything by you or paypal
whats happening to me and others simply isnt fair .
if i went into a shop picked up a packet of something and said to the shop keeper i will give you the money or i may in 21 days what do you think would happen ??
also whilst im ranting , what paypal protection does paypal give anyone ?? none really , there are credit card chargeback , fraudulant use , scammers left right and centre .
people are better off leaving there hard earned money on a park bench somewhere if would probauly be safer .
lets face it ebay own paypal and gumtree and go know what else ... too big for there own boots ..
my transaction id is : ID5TC00568BV750035B
regards
richard

Fired from my job????
Do you not know what the word "volunteer means".
I finished work for the day at 1700 hours today. Then as an ebay seller that knows how paypal works I logged on here to try and help others.
I don't work for paypal you silly idiot. I can give you the FACTS about how paypal works but I don't make their policies.
