eBay checkout - error. HELP?!

Hi guys trying to pay for some items i won on ebay but everytime i go to pay i see this:

charliescrazycards's PayPal account is unable to accept your payment at this time.

• Contact the seller to assist you with completing the order at this time.
• If you encounter this message more than once, please contact PayPal Customer Service for further assistance.

Hi there riggaz87,

Apologies for the delayed response. 

It sounds like a problem from the sellers end. They may have some type of restrictions in place that are not allowing this payment to go through.

Have you tried to contact them directly & has this issue been resolved?
