I am new to Paypal and i am trying to confirm my email address. I click on the email confirmation link and it goes to Paypal but my account is still showing as needing to confirm my email address. Can anyone help please?
I think you need to contact our Customer Services as they can manually confirm the email address for you. What you are doing is correct but for some reason it's not working.
