I have been trying to add my visa debit card to my paypal account and it says the card is already linked to an account, which i thought i had done anyway. however, after regaining entry to my old paypal account the card does not appear there either. so i need to know. why am i not abe to link my card? it says its linked to another account but it does not show on my only other email adress
It must be registered to an account you have created in the past.
If you are not aware of the account details you can call us directly, we can then search our systems to see where it is linked and ask you a couple of security questions.
Once it has been removed you can add it to your new PayPal account.
