I saw on the ebay a seller is selling the iphone 4s, I offer £420 on cash collection, but he/she refuse, says paypal is secure, so I send the payment around 10am with my Credit card, after the seller got the payment, he/she message me will contact me for tracking number and ect
so I wait it at home and send few more message about the dispatch time, no reply at all
so I start getting worry so I open a dispute from paypal around 8pm
and after I went back to ebay to contact the seller again, he/she has taking the item down, and the user name is not longer register to ebay.
I am getting so worry that I think I might loss £420... I am sure the seller has transfer my money into his/her account, but the question is, can paypal stop that within 1 day?
