The buyer has sent me a message regarding the item he has bought with his payment, but when I went back to the message (have triend my email and paypal) to check the details before posting, the message has been cut short. I cannot find a way to retrieve it and the buyer is not available to ask.
Maybe he ran out of letters...they only give you an option of xxx amount of words in a message.
Can you not email or phone him?
If its an ebay transaction then go to advanced search top of ebay pages > contact member left side column > fill in details and ebay will email you their tel number.
