Why cant i send money

Im trying to send someone money, enter the address and the amount but when i send it, it says its not allowed, any idea why? Its not giving me any reason, it is the same for all types of payments and its happening to every address i try and send it to

Just to add, ive just tried using the mobile app and it worked, just wont let me do it from the main site

Welcome to the UK Community Forum and thanks for posting!

Based on the information you provided in your post, it sounds like our internal security system was stopping the payment as you attempted to make it from the main site. If this is what happened, I’d recommend trying to make the payment again at a later stage, or ask the seller to send you a “Money Request” to complete the transaction.
