Unable to proceed with purchase threw trion

hi there so im having a spot off trouble im been trying to figure out why i cannot buy the Digital deluxe version of Defiance with im trying to buy threw trion worlds Inc. , everything is going smooth i add paypal as a payment method , when sudenly when im trying to complete the transaction it tells me to hold on while its being processed and then it pops up saying

*We are unable to complete your purchase.
Please try again later*

so after being on live chat with their support they told me to contact customer support however , i feel as tho its nots paypals fault its their fault , ive asked on the forums other people cannot buy stuff threw paypal

any suggestions to what may be happening or how to fix this or will i really need to contact paypal support

Are you trying to pay with a prepaid card or another source?

yes my paypal is verified and im only paying with my debit card

ok i may have found the problem it says its primary funding source is its paypal balance so im just going to do a test and see if that works , im transfering the money to my paypal and in several days later il give it another try
