Shipping Address Help

Hello, I recently have bought a few books from Forbidden Planet USA and used PayPal to purchase these items and when purchasing my items on Forbidden Planet I have specifically changed the shipping address from the bill payers address and later had a email from Forbidden Planet confirming it would ship to the different address I provided.

However, after a few seconds I received an email from Paypal confirming my purchase with Forbidden Planet and the email said the shipping address will be the bill payers address which is wrong.

Therefore, I am asking will Forbidden Planet USA be shipping the goods I bought to the different shipping address I gave them when I was making my purchases or will they be shipping to bill payers address which was given in the Paypal email confirming my purchase.

Can you log into your PayPal account and check the details of this transaction? Does it have the correct shipping address on the payment details?

It sounds like an e-mail template could be out of date here, we'd need to know if it's coming from us or if it's related to Forbidden Planet specifically.

If the address details are correct on the PayPal payment then you'll be fine with the payment, both Forbidden Planet and your PayPal payment have the correct payment details.

I'd ask if you could cut and paste the e-mail on this thread (you can of course leave out any details like names, address, money involved, we just need to see what template is involved here so we can pass it on if it's wrong).
