I want to request money from someone who does not have a PayPal account and who doesn't want one. Can he send me money using his credit card but without creating a PayPal account?
I've searched the help area of PayPal but can't seem to find a clear answer to this.
You can send a request for payment from your PayPal account to anyone with an email address.
The recipient will receive an email informing them of your request for payment which contains a link, they can pay just using their card details and do not have to create an account.
