Hi, I tried paying for an item on Ebay through Paypal on my mobile last night however, the touch screen is tempremental and when I got to the payment screen it never gave me the option to change it from postage delivery to pick up from seller.
I only noticed this when the payment screen was including the postage of an extra £15. I pressed the back button but then when the page refreshed the payment had been confirmed, even though I had not selected confirm.
This is really annoying and should not have been processed as this was not my intention, can this transaction be reveresed and if so, how do I go about it?
