I'm pretty new to selling on eBay and have sold something for a fair Amount. The buyer has stated that his eBay payment won't work and could I send him a PayPal request for the money. I am aware that there are a lot if scams about and can someone please advise me if I do send him a role quest will I still be covered under the terms of eBay and PayPal. I am not keen to do this plus how do I know it's tallied up with that transaction on eBay. To sum up if I send him a request for the money am I covered if for any reason he claims he hasn't received or something else goes wrong. Please help ASAP as he is getting a bit shirty
Sounds suspicious, scams happen when paypal ask to pay that way and then they send you a FAKE email to say they have been paid to scam you of the item.
