I have sold two items on bay as I have lots of times before without problems. Both buyers have paid via paypal and on both items it says 'payment is being processed by paypal'. There is an option to claim the payment. When I do this it takes me to my paypal account but neither of the transcations can be seen. I don't know what to do. Any help gratefully received
I have done the above, as I had similar issue with old email that I have no access to and still when the buyer has paid to the correct email I have received nothing in Payapl.
Hey there, to make sure there are no spelling mistakes when your buyer types out your e-mail, go to “request money” and send them a payment request. It will go directly to their PayPal account.
Hi i have recieved a few payments from my buyers but i have yet to receive them from paypal as it says balance pending.I dont understand this as i have sold loads of things and also bought loads of stuff.So why is it holding my money?
