Can you please tell me why a transaction that has gone into my paypal account has not been confirmed? I have emailed the buyer and she said it hs come up that it is completed and has also came out of her account? Paypal is telling me on my acct that they are holdin the money to up to 21days? If this is the case please let me know as I won't be using paypal again as it is not ur money to hold when I have paid my fees? Await your reply thanks in advance
