Purchasing denied

So Basically i attemtped to purchase a programme from a gaming company and i got this message

Return to merchant and try a different payment method

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

Anyone got any idea how to make this work?

I am having the same problem and yes i did verify my account and i am still having this issue. Can someone plz help me with this.
