Problem with invoices

hi

 

I have sent an invoice to a customer to pay for her items via pay pal, she has recieved the items then clicked through to pay but is being directed to a blank page.

has any one else had similar problems or can aanyone tell me how to fix this?

Welcome to the UK Community Forum and thanks for posting!

 

Based on the information you provided in your post, it sounds like the issue could be on your buyer’s side as opposed to with the invoice you issued. I’d recommend asking them to use the “Send Money” feature to make the payment to you if they can’t use the invoice. If they click on the “Send Money” tab at the top of their screen, they have the option to enter the amount and your email address to make the payment.

 

Alternatively, if their invoice is loading blank page, ask them to try clearing their temporary internet files, cache and cookies on their browser and trying again. If they still are having difficulties, advise them to contact our Customer Services team as they will be able to troubleshoot this with them.

Do i still need to request money after sending an invoice or is it the same thing? sorry im new to all of this

Hi there Leahkx,

 

If you have already sent an invoice to your buyer, you won't need to send another payment request to them from your account.
