Problem sending money

Hi I am having a problem sending money. I bought something on ebay but the person had the wrong email address for their paypal account. The sent me the correct one. So I put that in to transfer the money. It came up complete and then when I checked it. It came up unclaimed. So I can Ellen the payment and sent it again and it is still coming up unclaimed. What does this mean? And what can I do? Thank you.

If it was an ebay transaction and when you are sending the money you are linking it to the ebay item then it will always revert to the incorrect email addy on the auction.

Cancel again and get the seller to invoice you via request funds but tell her not to link it to the ebay transaction.

But remember that the cancelled payments will take about a week to process back to your funding source so i would make the seller wait as it was her fault the problem occured in the first place.
