Printing reduces to quarter size on A4

Hi,

I can print perfectly and with no hassle from my browser which is Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7 in every respect except with PayPal. Whenever I print specifically from PayPal and no other site I have a problem. The problem is that each image when printed is reduced to quarter-size on the A4 paper, placed in the top-left corner. Until recently I could print from PayPal perfectly normally on A4-sized paper. What must I do, presumeably within my PayPal account, to alter my printer settings back to normality? There is nothing wrong with my browser or printer, as everything else, online or otherwise is perfect. I have checked all the settings I can find with no joy.

Thanks,

Charles.

There's no account profile settings, it's controlled mainly thru your web browser.  Try: Page Setup, unchecked "Enable Shrink To Fit", clicked "OK"

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried all you suggest but it makes no difference. Just to reiterate, my printer and browser are working OK with any other website. I can print all PayPal pages normally too BUT NOT the one page I wish to print which is the 'Transaction Details' page for any one item. This page always reduces to a quarter of the A4 paper I am printing on.

I have reset my broswer to factory settings, and reinstalled my printer anyway, but neither makes any difference.

Can you access your PayPal account and print the 'Transaction Details' page for any one item?

Any thoughts on why this one page within PayPal will not print normally? I cannot believe PayPal has messed this up and nobody else but me has noticed!

I have discovered that PayPal's Transaction Details page will print normally on Google Chrome but not on Internet Explorer 10. I can only assume that PayPal did not bother to ensure compatibility with Microsoft's IE10, which seems a pretty poor show considering how much we pay.
