Paypal postage labels!!!!

Why are these now printing a quarter of the size they used to be?

Last two labels printed yesterday and today are tiny, I havent changed any settings what is going wrong

This happened a couple of years ago and seemed to be a browser issue between them and paypal.

Do you use firefox or ie.

I use firefox, but then I always have and never had a problem before

  In Firefox, go to File / Page Setup / Format & Options and make sure that the Scale is set to 100%.

Hi Kernowlass, checked page set up and it was on 70%( I hadnt altered this), changed to 100% so I hope this now works.
