Please Help Urgently! Buyers Address Not Showing!

Please can someone help me! I sent an invoice via the paypal mobile app which was paid but the address isn't showing and there's no option to print a postage label either. Pro day is the last post today and if the person doesn't see my message until later, then I've let them down...

Is it an ebay transaction??

If so then you can get their tel number via advanced search top of ebay pages > contact member left side of page and then fill in the details and ebay will email it to you.

If not then tel customer services and see if they can release the buyers contact info to you.

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.

Thanks for your help. It was not an eBay transaction, no. I've just had another look and I think it may be something to do with not having paid fees for this transaction. However, when requesting from the mobile app, you literally just put in the buyers email, requested amount and send. So if this is going to happen it kind of defeats the object of using the app at all.
