This is the message I get "Because you have recently started to sell with PayPal, payments you receive will be temporarily placed in your pending balance for up to 21 days." problem is I didn't sell anything just got paid by a friend (he had money he owed me). So what now ?
my friend the same problem they just phoned the centre up and explained they checked to see if they had sold anything and sorted it out u still will have to wait a few days but not the full amount of time
