Pending Balance after 21 days

Hello all,

I've sold an item on ebay and received the item. It's release date has passed and its still showing as pending.

Can anyone help me with this?

Its not automatic and immediate on 21 days sometimes it takes a bit longer.

The best thing to do is email paypal via contact us bottom of pages and state you have met the criteria for funds release.

If you have a buyer leave you pos feedback OR you sent trackable and tracking shows delivery + 3 days ( and you added the tracking number to the details of that transation in paypal) then you can email them earlier and they will release your funds then.
