Im having trouble with paying for postage. As soon as I click on the print postage label, type in all details and click continue Im greeted with a note that I need to have a positive ballance and credit card on file to print labels.
Well, I've got credit, debit card, bank account added and all are fine and up to date and my current balance is 0.00.
Still, I cant print labels todays.
Any ideas?
Also when I try to refund a payment and I havent got enough funds in my account paypal insists on adding funds first which obviously takes a week at least and its not the best idea if a customer is waiting.
On the other hand paypal is fine to take instant payments from my bank account or debit/credit cards and I can always send an instant payment to any address.
Any ideas?
