Paypal holding my money

I am so sick of paypal and ebay. As soon as I eventualy get paid for the items that they are iligaly holding my money for I will no longer be using them. I have been on Ebay selling and buying since 2009 and have over 350 transactions. Since 2 in the last year ( all i can call are idiot buyers ) left negitive feedback they are holding my funds, One of which left a positive reply in spanish but negitive review ? and the other demanded a box that was not listed in the auction anyway and which I sent him at my expense. I also have multiple transactions where no feedback was left..... How is this fair? No more I am done. Ebay and paypal are just setting sellers up to be scammed. I am no longer going to use their services and I bet I wont be the only one. LOL you can have your nice respected seller certificates back that you send me ebay..........

I feel your pain as most of us Reg everyday user of this forum do , as I am sure most of us here do, however paypal/ebay has us all by the short hairs.

We can not force our customers to leave feedback and I've had that happen to me as I'm sure alot here have. but its out of our hands.

my funds have been on hold for the last 29 days and counting , I have a 100% pos. feedback , No claims opened , no notice that my funds were being held or the reason behind it,(but ater reasearching it I found out the real reason all our money goes into an account that draws interest for THEM for as long as they want to keep it.) they also have incluided in your users agreement that you give up your rights to banned togather to file a cival suit against them.

YOUR ONLY OPTIONS ARE WHAT I HAVE DONE -1. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC @www.ftc.gov - 2. also contact your congress person and ask that they look into this matter - 3. get the word out about what they are doing IE: facebook,twitter,Topix, message board.

if enough stink is raised one day it will get so bad that change will come.

By adding the funds back in from a bank account?? Really not that difficult.

i am having the same problem i am a silver power seller with 100% feedback with trs getting very fed up with paypal no help with louise...dont know what to do now....

Ive sold an item on eBay, received 100% positive feedback from a customer 11 days gone  money's still pending when will my money be avaliable.

I'm a new seller and same problem. My funds deposited to me by my buyer in good faith, and my providing goods and services, in good faith has been undermined by Paypal's hijacking of these funds In essence, neither the buyer or the seller has the money right now. Paypal has it.

I want my money. I believe Paypal should be investigated for this. Seems wrong.

I need groceries and I want my money.

Heres are Better ,cheaper Places to Sell and Buy!

Paypal is going to be sued. Whats going to happen *hint* is someone will be unable to get their medications with their card.(End up in the ER- Sue PayPal etc etc)  As far as I am concerned if I sent my customer MY ITEM- I should get PAID! Sitting here and waiting weeks and weeks so they can get MORE Interest is bull**bleep**. I came into here about Changing your Primary Payment Source. I read how Paypal used the Bank Account even after the customer said NO! Costing them Bank Fees and other problems.

I don't have the full answer but you can sell your Items WITHOUT Paypal on Amazon.com

There is also a Free Webstore atThey let you SELL via Credit Cards

and most stuff you sell is free to sell. You setup a store and sell. Money is in acount right away!

For ebay/paypal use a prepaid' Credit Card bought  at WalMart

and other stores. (Prepaid cards)

They pretend to answer your question by turning it on us. Then answering the question in circles.

HOLDING Peoples OWN MONEY over their head to make more Interest is WRONG and it will be stopped.

if  your funds have been completed, y is it pending to go in my bank account, when you buy they take money straight out your bank account, so why not the same when your the seller    i need my money
