Have a query from a customer asking if I have filters on my account as he has been trying to pay by credit card via paypal for 2 days and they are blocking his payment. Why would they do this and how do I check to see if there is a filter on the account.

Hi there 2010kazad,
There isn't really filters that you can set up on your account however if a customer is not able to pay using their credit card it is generally an issue with their card issuer. When a payment is sent using a credit card, an instant authorisation is sent to the card issuer. Sometimes the card issuer can deny the transaction.
Also your buyer may have reached their sending limit on their PayPal account and may need to be verified. I would suggest that you advise your buyer to contact us so we can assist them.
