Company payment request and then not supplying goods

I recently received a payment request for an item I ordered through Paypal. I paid the company on 22nd November and they promised delivery in 2 - 3 working days, its now 16th December and despite several left messages and emails they have not sent goods or responded. For some reason there is no transaction number so I cannot raise a dispute.
Any suggestions as to what I could do to get goods or my money back, its over £450 !

If you are unable to locate the transaction ID on your PayPal account I would suggest that you contact us by phone so we can assist your further. It may have been that you did not log in to your PayPal account to make the payment or may have more than one account. Our contact phone number is 08707307191 and are phone lines are open till 10pm.
